Find your license key
Enter the email address you bought Espanso Studio with and we will send the key again. Keys are not shown on this page, only emailed to the buyer.
Using the key
Open Espanso Studio, go to Settings → License, paste the key, and choose Activate. It works offline: nothing is checked over the network. The key covers up to three of your own computers.
If your update window has ended
A key covers every release published inside its update window, and those releases stay yours permanently. Studio will not auto-update past the window, but if a newer release was installed by hand it becomes read-only until you renew or reinstall a covered version. Released files keep their own permanent addresses, so a covered version is always retrievable — ask us for the link for your window and we will send it.
If the email does not arrive
Check spam, and confirm you used the address from your Stripe receipt — paying through Link or a wallet may carry a different address. Recovery can be requested once every ten minutes for the same address. If it still does not arrive, contact us with your order number and we will look it up.
