Espanso Studio License Terms

Your license
A purchase grants one named person a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Espanso Studio on up to three computers. The license covers all app releases published through the update-window date shown in the app. Every covered release may be used indefinitely. Renewing extends access to newer releases; it is not required to keep using a covered release.
Trial and restrictions
The 14-day trial permits evaluation of the full editor. You may not publish or share a license key, resell the app, bypass license checks, or redistribute modified or unmodified copies of Espanso Studio. You may make reasonable backups for your own use.
Your files and third-party software
Your snippet and configuration files remain yours. Espanso Studio is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Espanso project. Espanso and other third-party components remain governed by their respective licenses.
Payments, refunds, and updates
Stripe processes payments for direct purchases; Apecoo LLC is the seller of record and handles invoicing and payment-related support. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for an initial purchase; request it through Apecoo support or the contact details on your Stripe receipt. Security and compatibility updates are provided when reasonably practical, but no particular future feature or release schedule is promised.
Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is” without warranties beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. Back up important files. Apecoo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Apecoo's total liability relating to the software will not exceed the amount paid for it during the preceding twelve months. These limits do not affect mandatory consumer rights.
Termination and changes
The license ends if you materially breach these terms and do not remedy the breach after notice. Terms for a completed purchase will not be changed retroactively to remove perpetual use of its covered releases. Updated terms may apply to future purchases or renewals.
